the following passage and answer the questions given below:-
Geetha and Meena were friends.
They were working on their project. Suddenly, they heard a loud crash. Jumping
out of their seats, they went running to the window to see what had happened.
They noticed a small
van carrying a lot of old cardboard boxes standing near the window. A man was
carrying these boxes to the van. Accidently, a box slipped from his hand and
fell on the ground. There was a lot of broken glass scattered on the roadside.
Mr Menon, Meena’s father, helped the man to pick up the boxes. Soon, the man
had all the boxes back on his van. He thanked Mr Menon and went away. Mrs
Jones, Meena’s mother, said in a loud voice, “Children, get back to your seats
and be quiet.” Geetha and Meena went back to their seats.
